What if I'm missing some documents?
Send what you have. If you're waiting on a 1099, K-1, or closing statement, note it on the organizer and send the rest. We'll follow up on gaps together. Don't let missing paperwork delay your start.
What formats do you accept?
PDFs are ideal. Clear phone photos of paper documents are fine, so long as all four corners and every digit are visible.
How long before I hear back?
We confirm receipt within one business day. Once we have everything, most returns are drafted within two weeks, typically faster outside of March and April.
Is the portal really secure?
